Caller ID showed: CHICAGO, IL Don't know who it was. My landline is protected by a call blocker unit. They didn't follow the instructions from my call blocker so it blocked the call automatically.
I called the number back, the company is "Cash Advance".....the guy who answered the phone was decent, but still it's one of those annoying telemarketing calls.
I kept getting phone calls from this number and their message says the same thing; I've been pre-qualified to a certain number of dollars. I finally called them back to have my number removed (Cash Advance) and both times they told me no problem but just hung up. The third time I called, I asked for their name and he wouldn't give it but the last two times, they didn't announce their business. Hopefully, I will not get another phone call.
We get a call from this number everyday. The other day they called 7 times. It is vey annoying because the prerecording starts before the answering machine is done.
