caller said worked for Federal Agency called Economic Development Adm, and i needed to pay $4000 to receive a grant for $250,000 , he sent picture of Lottery Commission when I asked where he was located. The building view was with other language writing about the sign. I gave info before I knew they requested money up front name was Richard Pheda. I don't know what else to do hey have info on my name
