BEWARE OF THIS PHONE NUMBER AND ANYONE NAMED THOMAS FLANAGAN, KELLY JACOBS, OR RICKY BOTEGA! THEY USE CRAIG'S LIST TO RENT APARTMENTS THAT DO NOT EVEN EXIST THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES! THEY SCAMMED ME AND MANY OTHERS AND I HAVE PROOF, IF YOU WANT TO SEE IT! PLEASE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH ANYONE, WHATEVER THEIR NAME IS, ATTACHED TO THIS NUMBER. YOU WILL BE ROBBED, SCAMMED, AND CHEATED OUT OF YOUR MONEY.

Same thing happened to me! $600!!
I reported it to the police who stated that they alreay had many reports.  They seem to be onto the real criminal.
Hopefully this will stop very soon with an arrest!

I have sublet from this person twice on visits to New York, never had a problem. Just thought I would say

can you please contact me.  My daughter has rented an apartment from them from the summer and now we cannot get hold of them.
