I have seen Thomas John 2X and have another appointment 7/29/2015. I know who he is but not sure that what he is doing is illegal. I recently discovered his past criminal history. I am going on 29th no refunds given. However, I will be looking at him in a different way.
this is definitely not a joke, at least not to me as i have lost $400 from him as well. he claimed to be subletting an apartment in alaska-- i checked out references, 'did everything right. he told me he was living in DC while 'working around the country,' apparently that part is true.

hopefully something can be done to catch him. i have all my paperwork and phone records and was going to contact the MA police dept. tomorrow as that is where the phone number is based from. any more suggestions?
i wonder if the people on here who currently have him as a landlord are true.. and if they are what is the REAL contact information for 'thomas'
do not go through with the sublet. it seems this guys has way too many negative comments than positive. he was VERY responsive (emailing and calling all the time) UNTIL he got my money. than he disappeared.
I have also subletted from Mr. Flanagan and never had an issue with him. I have always been able to contact him at 774 200 6556. I travel to San Fran frequently for work, and there are never any issues!
