If you have an iPhone you can just block the numbers. Every time I get one of these I block it. I used to get like 5 a day and now I'm down to once a month or so. Also DON'T pick up. Let it go to voicemail, google the number, if you end up on a forum like this, block it. Seems like a lot of work but I hardly get calls anymore.
They call saying "on my recent inquiry on insurance" to which I have never asked about insurance. They do not put people on "do not call back" that they "seem" to offer, they'll call back the next day. I asked to talk to a supervisor, to which the girl said she was sorry and hung up
Theyes will NEVER STOP. I have been harassed by these Obamacare scum for about a year now. Some call 10 times per day, trying to hook me up with Obama care because I was stupid enough to inquire about prices ONCE from the marketplace. I filed formal complaints about the harassment to the FTC, FCC, and FBI (because the initial contact was online). I registered with the "Do not call" registry (which is garbage...don't even bother). Here I am, a year later, STILL getting 10 -15 junk calls per day from these idiots. I have told them all DO NOT CALL ME. Then I block them. I can see from my block logs that they are still trying to call, even though they don't get through anymore. Sometimes a new one gets through, but they get blocked. They are mostly Robocallers, which I thought was illegal. "Press 1 to remove your number doesn't work either, it just verifies that it's a "live" number. The "Obama care marketplace" is simply a clearinghouse which collects numbers for the world's largest telemarketing list. Pick a reputable insurance company, call them directly, and have them direct you. Although, that will probably get you on a list too.
