Have reason to believe it is a scam soliciting donations for veterans. It seems the robo caller is using voice recognition and programmed to understand yes or no. If anything other than yes or no, it hangs up being unable to comprehend at a higher level of conversation.

yup, got call from this number but just flipped phone on/off and added to call blocker. WHY can't these bleeping people be stopped.. instead of spending all that money to build a wall, maybe Trump should spend some putting in ways to block all these scum..
