I also received a phone message on my cell phone re: supply charges. They need me to have my electric statement in front of me when I call back. They have a reference number. So if they have my reference number why don't they know my account number. Hold your breath waiting for me to call back. Clearly someone is trying to get the better of me.
Received a phone call on my cell about supply charges on my electric account. I am told to call back and have my statement in front of me. I was also given a reference code. If this was on the up and up, it would have been MY electric company calling and leaving their name, ext #, and so on. It only seems to reason that the only person who could reduce supply charges on YOUR bill would be the company who supplies the service. Scam Scam SCAM
Definitely a scam. They dont need us to provide them account info. If it was your electric company they would say that and have your account info

They are not either you electric delivery company nor your electric supply company. Just another electricity supply reseller trying to trick you into changing your supply company to them. If you really want to comparison shop suppliers, go to your delivery company's website and use their comparison tools.
