Got a call today long pause... man with a deep voice for disabled police

Called Cell phone at 11:30AM on a Sunday. For disabled police??  Hopen you rot in hell for running a scam about LEOS.

Got a call a few minutes ago on cell phone.  When I picked up, it went dead. Call number back and got a recording the office was closed.  call back. Right!
