Unknown number, no message.  Recommend that you don't call back.  They get your number as "active" and sell to others.

phone call received today 12/28/16 at 12:45 pm.  I did not answer the call as the number is not familiar to me.

Scam!  Claims to be taking donations for disabled police and sheriffs. When I told him I actually am a disabled cop and was interested in learning about the logistics he hung up on me!
