For $200.00 you could have gotten a beautiful dog or puppy at the local shelter. You would have had your pick, would have been able to meet the dog to see if you two were compatible and you would have saved a homeless animal that might have been put down for no other reason than lack of space. I got a dog 14 years ago that was the best dog I ever had from the pound. All my animals come from the pound and I have never ever had a bad one. Give it it a try you will be pleased and there is no way you will be scammed.
