This is the same rep from a shady company (probably a debt collector) that has been calling me for months. It's the usual nonsense where they provide few details but need you to call them back to "finalize your file." They say it's VERY IMPORTANT to call them back - except if it was really very important, they'd be calling me multiple times a day instead of once every 1-3 months on schedule like their script is telling them to. No need to pick up with these idiots.
