Same issue, no voicemail, calls from multiple "555" numbers throughout the day. Additional numbers to add to the list above, I got some of those and these others:

I received a call from 1 774 555 0161 this morning at 0730 am. It was someone with a very pronounced asian accent pretending to be a Microsoft representative claiming that my desktop or my laptop computer was seriously in jeopardy of being attacked and therefore contribute to contaminate the internet. Since I am a french speaking person, I quickly realized that Microsoft would not use a representative that has problems to even communicate in English to call a french person who lives in Québec. I hung up. Everyone, beware, it is a scam.
this truly is a scam, claiming windows technical department, and later from at&t. this time idian accent. asked for number to call back, 704 964 1097. also not a working number
Received many calls from 774-555-0161, they just won't give up! They say they are Windows Technical Support and there is an error with my computer, that I should go to my computer and turn it to the back. I told them no, that I wouldn't do that, each time he calls, but he keeps calling back. Sounds more Asian/Phillipino and his boss sounded East Indian.
What do they want?!
They want you to allow them access to your computer so they can steal information i.e., banking information. Whatever you do, do not allow them access. They pretend to be Microsoft often times. Don't fall for it. It is a long-running scam.
