Computer voice stating the IRS was preparing a law suit against us.

Me too, and I don't owe anything to IRS. Must be a scam. Why would IRS use a computer to call people about a law suit?

AT&T mobility claims it is originating from Avon, MA near the corner of S Bow St & Baker Slip. Clearly a scam. No IRS offices anywhere close by. Don't answer and ignore call.

How did you get AT&T Mobility to give you that information ?
Sounds like location information came from a GPS or tower triangulation.
