New approach - we have tried it the nice way with this one, with no success. I just went to their website and filled out the contact information - several times, actually, providing the names and office numbers for half a dozen U.S. Congressman. Let's see how much they enjoy these calls, since they weren't interested in helping us before this.
Best approach is to send them a certified, return receipt letter telling them to cease calling, to put your number on their internal and external do not call lists, and to tell anyone else that they might sell their call list to to not call you. If they fail to comply, you can sue them under the TCPA.
