Did you see what happen at NECC? Stupid ! They didn't use the spectrometer to check and test the medications before it go throught the door. Who do we blame,the FDA guys from Washington,D.C., who didn't do the ISO services at this company?
I think you have misconstrued things here a bit. THE DNC is not a call blocker, its a list that honest business abides by. Criminals don't obey laws period. Secondly, you can buy a call blocking device or phone. Some block area codes as well as private name & unknown name & number. It does work.
You also have to realize that Charity, Political and some survey's are exempt from the DNC as a rule. Doesn't mean they can't be reported though because they can be.
My advice is that you have no clue who your dialing.. it may be the scammers, illegal telemarketers or it may be a honest business or legitimately owned phone number of some person that has had nothing to do with the calls. And if it is, that door works both way's, it may be your number spoofed next that they use. So its not a good idea!
