Yesterday it was 617-581-0776 at 8am.Today it's 781-206-3157 at 8:30 am. These scammers start early!! Maybe they're hoping to catch before I get my head on straight and I'll answer the phone!! Same CID both days. WOMEN'S CANCER. I pick my charity and you're not it.
Has called my office phone number 2 days in a row at a similar time. Asks "Is the lady of the house there?" To which both times I replied, "I can assure you there are no ladies present." "She" hang up both times. 1964 calling????
Another Scammer at work - fishing for personal information. No message left. Must be really important!
They'll pretend to be any kind of charity or organization just to get your personal info or money!
Somebody has got to take a look at all these Women's Cancer/Breast Cancer calls because they have been coming in from everywhere for a long time with new numbers and new names and my guess would be that some "organization" (ahem) is behind them and they may not be simple run-of-the-mill scammers.
