Called my home phone at 1121AM. Caller ID = PAYDAY LOANS. I didn't answer but the recorded female voice left a message on my machine that they have rechecked my file and I am now eligible for a $1500 payday loan. I could press 1 to speak to a loan rep or 9 to refuse the loan and be put on their do not call list. I called in an FTC Do Not Call Complaint and at the end when it asked for 30 seconds of additional information, I played the first 30 seconds of the recorded message.
