Called, picked up, could plainly hear call center background noise. It comes up on the id as Joyce, Ed--but a woman named Nicole was trying to get a hold of my father. When asked what the nature of her call was, she became irritated and stated that she had questions for him that only he could answer. My best guess is that it's a scam. Don't waste your time with these rude people.

i received a call from this number this morning - i did not recognize "ed joyce" who was identified as the caller and as we have a new neighbor just moved in i picked up. he asked if i was still in massachusetts to which i replied that i was. at this point, i knew it wasn't the new neighbor. i asked where he was calling from and he replied texas - at this point he hung up - i'm usually able to screen these calls but due to the source 781 area code which is my area code iqs pulled me in - will know better the next time - this is the first call from this number but i'm sure it will not be the last.
