First, DO NOT deal with these people... They call me almost every other Friday and they are RUDE if you are NOT looking for any service they offered.
Oneday, I play their game and I told them I needed my Siding on my House... I made an appointment with them and now they are coming to my House to do an Estimate...
Little as they know, when they show up, I will tell them they have the wrong House, LMFAO. I'm OK with people looking for Leads or Business but the way they practice their Business is NOT a BBB practices...
They constantly calling my House in Haverhill, MA every other Friday night, sometimes twice a week and hang up for the past year and a half and I'm SICK of it. I had to play the Game so I can report this to let People know that these People are NO GOOD! You will be SORRY if you work with them!

First of all, they have no address on their Business Card. You will have no way of getting them if something is Wrong. I also researched them further, they have few complaints and they are NOT resolving them even on the BBB website.

Like Jod, I've got a history with these guys too. Rick Abramo solicited my senior citizen father who hired him to install insulation. Abramo cashed the $1700 down payment, disconnected his phone, and never did a lick of work. When my dad and I pursued AM Installation for a refund, they gave him the run-around, denied affiliation with "director of sales" Rick Abramo and more or less refused to do the decent thing even after we proved (and he admitted) that AM Installation's owner Bob Cantrone knew exactly who Rick Abramo was. After more than a year chasing these scumbags around, who shows up on my dad's doorstep, offering the home improvement services of AM Installation? Rick Abramo himself! Cornered, he apologized to my father for the "misunderstanding", gave him his new cell phone number, and offered to set up a payment plan. Within less than a week, that cell phone number was no longer valid and my dad still hasn't seen a refund. But that doesn't stop AM Installation from calling him several times a week! He just got a call tonight, in fact, while I was on the phone with him. Beware of these filthy, lying criminals. I wish my dad had called me to research them before he hired them, because even the most perfunctory internet search will reveal that AM Installation is a company that is NOT to be trusted by ANYONE. How they're even allowed to operate is simply beyond me. Be sure to warn your less internet-savvy loved ones against AM Installation, because I wish I'd had the chance to.
The guy came to my house offers to take snow off my roof which I was fully capable of doing my self but I felt like he was a honest man trying to get a days pay. So I made a offer with him to clear my roof I paid him and he told me his guys are on his way lucky for him I was in the middle of moving so I was so busy as soon as I paid him I never saw him again. I called and he would say he was sending his guys now when. I call he ignores it and it goes to voicemail .. I'm all for justice and law but this guy needs his [***] beat . Stealing money from hard working people he's a crook and scum bag I don't know how he sleeps at night .
