Who called from 7813132868

Caller ID came up as Cognos Corp, which is a division of IBM.

I answered and was greeted by a woman who very quickly told me that she "wasn't selling anything but wanted me to take a quick survey about solar power for my home".

Cognos doesn't conduct random surveys or sell solar systems. Someone is spoofing their number.

I hung up.

Phone Number: 781-313-2886 with Caller ID: Cognos Corp.  Called twice but left no message.  Annoying

This number keeps calling my house (landline) almost every day.  Apparently it's a farce since no one leaves a message.  I just wish it would STOP .... VERY ANNOYING!!!
