Got an unwanted phone call from this number. Also, no message left. Only one wring before hang up.

Got a unwanted call just a single ring no message and hung up

Began receiving daily calls on my mobile from this number yesterday at 7:59 a.m.  One ring, no message.  WTF?

two rings then stops

got a call on my cell phone which is restricted and number never given out.  I called back and it said that I had given that number at a show and I was entitled to a saver card, or hit 2 to be on their do not call list. A FRAUDULENT SCAM in my opinion
