Call from United Healthcare to for a survey.  I ended my insurance with them a few months ago

Got call from this number. Supposedly from United Health Care asking about a possible claim. They stated could not get the info from my current insurance co. ANTHEM. Ended call immediately.

This number called my husbands phone. They said they were United Healthcare and I need to call them. When you call the number it says it is not in service.

got a call saying they were verifying my husband was on my insurance since our names were different, and they asked me to verify my address,  I asked them why they wanted it.  so they told me what it was told me they were from United Health Care

Called the number back.  No answer - it just rang and then hung up.  Message they left sad they were from United Health Care.
