This number is supposed to belong to a caller in Norwood, MA, but it is being spoofed by a robocaller registered with the telecom provider Reliance Communications LTD. The call originated in Karnataka Telecom Circle in Karnataka India.
It bugs me that these foreign spammers can so easily falsify the caller ID to get through to their "marks." I blame the FTC and the phone companies for this; they should make it impossible for spammers to spoof numbers via the caller ID.
