Female caller claimed to work with the fraud department of my credit card company and told me there had been charges on my card in for a hotel room and exotic pet store in Guatemala. She did not disclose her name and when I asked which card this happened to she only said "are you sure you were not in Guatemala?" She eventually hung up after I asked four times which of my cards she was talking about.
