This number has called me twice sateing they are a 3rd party process server and that I am being sued by someone. I know for a fact I am not and have looked up scams using this type of operation. If the organization is lagit fine but I am looking at possible leagle action for harasment type calls or more depending on the operation they are running. If anyone else is getting these calls please report the information to the proper authorities.
It's a well documented scam that's running wild all over the place. Ignore the message you fot; don't answer calls from this number again, and if/when similar calls come in from other numbers, ignore those as well.
Look into a call blocker, so you can stop repeat calls from any harassing number.
I just got a pre-recorded call from this number on my company cell phone. It indicated that someone had a "formal complaint" against me (which I am not aware of). They said I or my attorney could call 866-830-9454 if we had questions. I call this number from another phone and was not able to leave a message or reach a person.
Believe it is a SCAM. Thanks to others who posted similar experience.
