I had this call also from another number, they stated a law suit was filed against me & that I would be arrested - these are scams to get money!!! Its from a supposed payday loan never taken out that was defaulted on! I'm blocking them so I won't get their calls! But, they have tons!
They called, left their number 781-443-7236. When I returned their call, all of them had very broken English. I asked to speak to their boss, first the guy said he was the boss. I kept on asking for the boss, he eventually put me on hold and then came back on- same broken English. Then he put a woman on that I couldn't understand. He came back on and said "You will be arrested tomorrow morning." I told him not to do that, and he hung up the phone on me.

There is an Oakview Law Group on the west coast purporting to be a bankruptcy and debt "settlement" shack, but this is not necessarily the source of calls reported here.
The person who called from this number, was not only rude and could not speak english but also spoke profane comments and remarks. In the process of filing a civil action against the owner of the number and the person who called.
They call multiple times at my work and when I finally called them back as we are not allowed to receive personal phone calls at work I couldn't understand anything he said. He also told me go ahead file a complaint with the DOJ nothing will happen. The laws don't protect consumers enough. Everyone knows this is a recession and money is hard to come by. I am filing a complaint with AG.in massachustts as well as the oakview law group
