I had this call also from another number, they stated a law suit was filed against me & that I would be arrested - these are scams to get money!!! Its from a supposed payday loan never taken out that was defaulted on! I'm blocking them so I won't get their calls! But, they have tons!

I have been receiving calls at home and at work for weeks. This is apparently part of a nationwide scam. They get the information from applications filed for payday loans. They use several different numbers. I just received another call saying I have a case against me for financial fraud, and since I have not responded regarding this matter, I will be taken to court Monday at 11:00am in High Court of Washington. I told him I had no summons, to send to me in mail or email. I have told them that before. I never received anything.
My caller ID showed Arlington, MA as where number is coming from.Other numbers they have used are: 631-898-1011, 646-727-4374, 951-582-4824,and 888-387-1419. They have also used name "PCS Law Office."
