This may be a Head Hunter but they called 3 times over a 3 hour period and never left a v-mail nor did I receive an email.

This company / individual calls three times and never leaves a voice mail.  They are 100 percent trouble.  They don't answer their phone and it seems to be someone with a terrible speaking voice and can barely speak english.
