To change their outgoing Caller ID info within one minute apart, it's gotta be a scam...

Received a call from this number with only "Braintree MA" in the caller ID.  No message was left.

I picked up the phone only to hear, a prerecorded msg. We can help you to lower your monthly utility bill rate, blah blah blah... press 0 to speak to one of our representatives now.
So I pressed 0 so i could speak/yell at a rep now. No such luck. They put me on hold with another msg. Please hold for the next available representative. You are currently number 2 on hold. Really? Please find your latest bill during this time so we can compare our rates to what your paying now. Again I say, Really?
