Steven Luke keeps calling my place of employment stating a legal dept is after me for a pay day loan I have not paid. First of all I have not taken out any pay day loans and secondly if you have a legal issue they don't notify you by phone. THIS IS A SCAM! DO NOT GIVE THESE CREEPS ANY INFO!!!!
They called my business today and did the same thing. I called the phone co. and they told me to forward the calls, from the main number line to our fax machine. I did that and finally got silence. They are most likely calling from outside the country and it's most likely a scam.
They are Eastern Indian men who claim that you bounced a check with the Payday loan company and that you will be arrested. This is a scam! They threaten you and want you to wire money to a moneygram account.
They claim to be collecting money from Cash Net. They claim that you took out a loan online and that all
corespondence was done that way. From what I have read online this is a scam and that numerous complaints have been made against the 781-922-4188 phone number.
I could tell they were calling out of the country due to the echo on the phone.
