Called my cell phone. I answered and there was a beep, then nothing. I said "Hello" and waited a second, then I hung up. Will add to blocked caller list if they call again.

No need to berate people... The word "Telemarketers" is being used as a catch all phrase here, I believe. So we all really do know that nothing from the government really works, and that these phone calls are most likely scams. All I really want to know if it is legit or not, sooooo, it is NOT, I won't answer it. We all have the need to vent.
