Who called from 7862044358

I had a Miss CALL from this number and when i tried calling back it sounds like a fax machine number.

Getting unwanted calls from this number. Even after telling them I'm not who they're looking for. They will wait 10minutes or so then call back speaking spanish.

I am on the Federal Do Not Call List and this number calls all the time.  The next call will be reported....

I got a call from this number. I didn't answer because I was busy and I don't know them. They didn't leave a message.

This call came in on my cell phone.  NO ONE has my cell phone number it is for emergencies ONLY,  Very private number and I am not happy this scammer phoned my on my cell.
