Report these to the FCC and the FTC. If they get enough complaints, they will follow up. Also, call your phone provider and demand they give us a call blocking service for all of these calls.
got a call from this number just now. we are in california . called my celll . i have a list of these blocked numbers. think i screamed at a different number last week for one of these calls cause they kept calling through the blocked numbers. i heard lower interest rate of credit card the last time i answered though. which that was the only time i answered these calls.
i think they just populate a new number to call from after you block the previous number. ithink its like a skype thing.
so my son put the phone number into google maps while i am writing this and he says "mom its strange its going all cocoo all over the place."
each time he refreshes the search Google maps puts that phone number in a new location. africa. japan. california. ect...
this is pretty rediculous id like to know where they get our unlisted cell phone number from.
