You may have never heard of spoofed caller ID numbers. Telephone callers can and do get you to believe the ID you see is valid. Block all calls is the only way to block spoofed numbers. The most aggressive marketers will generate hundreds of spoofed IDs.

Allsec, Indian scam calls through VoIP. If you see the number ignore it or add to your blocking. Total BS, they start with that you owe them money and they will call the FBI (yeah like the FBI cares) if you don't pay. So much for our government agencies doing their jobs to stop this crap. Pay your taxes and get nothing in return but more and more scam calls.
