Received the same call as posted above.  I could not understand the message, female, broken English and said legal action has been started against me.

Msg left on answering machine to call 786-288-3059. Very hard to understand. As others stated, female with Indian accent that sounded computerized. Threatened if I didn't call back I better get my retained attorney to do it for me or it would end up in a legal mess for me... Perrine FL 786-231-1798 came up on Caller ID.
