The "Busted" stamp means that "Rhonda jackson" is a person sent by or is in fact one of the scammers. There is no loan, and the only money that will change hands will be the money you send to them to prove you can pay, taxes (loans are not income, therefore not taxable), some sort of fees such as transfer or banking fees, or anything else they can think up to convince you to send them money. They will ask you to send it by untraceable means such as Western Union, or the new favorite, iTunes cards. This is called an advance fee loan and is illegal in every state. So, either you are about to be an extremely foolish person, or you intend to come back here claiming you "got the loan". If you do the latter, then we know at that point you were sent here to lie to us because you are one of the scumbag crooks. I'm hoping you aren't.
