Called home about 8 times yesterday and 3 times today- it is only 9:40. I have answered and asked to be put on their do not call list or asked to talk to the manager, they hang up and keep calling.
Since they seem to have refused to place you on their internal Do Not Call list as required by law, you can file a complaint with the FCC for that failure. Even political callers are required to maintain an internal Do Not Call list although they are exempt from honoring the national Do Not Call list.
Last 4 days they have called 12 times..no message left. I called their number today and left numerous messages to place my number on their Do Not Call List. Let's see what happens.
