Rec'd call from this number. No one speaks. Called number back. Some schmuck said he was from First National Collection Company. Looking for someone, not me. Told him to keep looking and stop calling my number. So tired of this ridiculous calls.

Read the comment again (the one you replied to). He or she is joking - about an app that kills people (the caller). Which would, btw, massively cut down on telemarketing calls (and telemarketers, for that matter!).
calls and then no sound. Called back and they told me the call is being recorded. I asked who they were and they told me they were a debt collection company. I owe no one.
