i have been receiving calls from this man for 2 months saying there is a law suit pending against me , i never return his calls been then i received calls from alady at 508-283- 3266 saying the samething plus my ss# was being investagated , so my daughter call to speak to this lady and the gentleman from the 786 # number asked the 508 # number , so now they are calling from private#,
this person left threatening voicemails on my work phone and refuse to tell me who they are. They claim their name is "John" even though he has a very heavy Indian accent. It is fraud and I want it to stop as they are calling my work and are a scam
We r getting the same thing done to us. Calling my husband at work saying we made a loan from advance payday loan and they said we did not pay it back. We never had the money to be put in our account and they did not try to debit it out of our account. He name is "John" calling my husband's work also. We finally got to them to tell us it was a advance payday loans but they keep wanting us to pay it back and we never even tried to get a loan from them. I don't understand what is going on here.
we keep getting calls from this number the man says his name is John and he says we owe him for money we borrowed from advance payday loans but we did not borrow from them. He says he is going to file a lawsuit against my husband if not paid by Fri.9-28-12 but we do not owe it. Never was it deposited into our bank and he says when they tried to collect it that it was not money in our back and they did not get their money back/ we never got any notice from our bank about any of it.
This is exactly what is happening to me. I never got any money so there is nothing to pay back. The indian man said that his name was John david. I have stopped answering but he leaves me threatening messages and then says have a blessed day. I have blocked the number so now he is calling me from an unavailable number and my phone company says that I can not block unavailable numbers. This is so frustrating
I know that keeps happening to us. What have you done about it. We do not know what to do. we never boworred any money from them either Does he threaten to take u to court and threaten jail. WE are so upset with all of this and my husband is upset about him having his name and bank info and don't know where he got it.
