This is exactly what is happening to me. I never got any money so there is nothing to pay back. The indian man said that his name was John david. I have stopped answering but he leaves me threatening messages and then says have a blessed day. I have blocked the number so now he is calling me from an unavailable number and my phone company says that I can not block unavailable numbers. This is so frustrating
These a-holes are lying to you!! They are scammers trying to scare you into giving them money!! You know you didn't take out that loan, but they badger and bully you so bad in hopes of you paying it. Next time they call, tell them you have notified the FBI and all phone calls are being recorded!!
I got a call from this number today as well saying the same thing that I had a loan I never relieved money for and now they are coming after me they called my job and my cell, he says that for $200 the issue will go away and the loan I apparently received was for $680. I have never received money and have already contacted my bank to change my account and we'll be asking a lawyer about legal action
