The 786 number might be spoofed someway and the business could be spoofed also. Hard to tell. If you get an unwanted call, try the above 877 number and make a complaint.
Also consider a call-blocker.
I've had representatives of my Medicare advantage call me, but only about once a year. It's not unusual. It IS unusual for a representative to call you repeatedly every day from different numbers.

They called me today, I answered and an automated message said "Allison ___________ not available leave a message at the beep. I left a message telling them to remove my number from their call list. Like that will do me any goo.
I started keeping track: 4 phone calls, Aug. 5, 7, 12, 13, and filed 4 complaints with the DNC Registry.
The phone calls started in July. I have call blocking software and have both My Advocate and the phone number blocked. Somehow the phone always rings 1X before the blocking kicks in. No other blocked phone number ever even rings, but this one gets through.
