Who called from 7863230001

An automated call saying that "This is an attempt to collect a debt". It gave a case number and wanted a call back. I have no outstanding debts.

I have had this number and '305-947-8136' giving me the same message but I also do not have any debt.

This appears to be a scam.

Who are these people. The message gives a name and instructs you to hang up if you are not that person, but still the calls keep coming it seems from an auto dialer. No company name at all.

this number is from one of those douche-bag collection agencies that has trouble doing their due diligence and calling the wrong people.
