Who called from 7863230001

we received call but only leave message.  we doesn't know them.

I reported National Dont call me.  I found out it called ITC DELTA COM, INC from Miami FL but they tried to sell something.  not debt collection agency.

I have received 3 calls in the 3 past days, but nobody seems to be on line. I called back, then it sounds busy, Im getting tired of this.

They call me saying I have being pre-app for a loan of 1000 I need f

No one is telling me what the debt is about and how much ?? My friends in Fl will visit Atlantic Radio to clear this up. Do not call me , it will be rectified
