I got this email and it has multiple recipients, poor English and I did contact the number and the person could not give me any information. He tried giving me a case number and I had not even told him who I was, he stated he had caller id and saw my number. Then asked what is the mailing address I received notification and I asked him a bunch of questions and told him if I really had these charges why had he not asked my name? I told him I was making sure this was not a scam and he hung up on me. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!!!
I also have the same email and the same number. They have called me as well threatening me saying that my SSN is being sued I cursed them out. And now today they have sent me an email with same B.S. I have changed my number. It's all a SCAM!!!!!
Same experience with email correspondence as others have stated, with many spelling errors and poor grammar. This is now happening in Canada. The lawyer's name used is James Anderson.
