Who called from 7863528084

Called my cell. Says Florida on caller ID.

They keep calling everyday and he just called my mom  a [***] [***]

they call every damn day. so friggin annoying. they cursed at my mom as well- called her a "[***] [***]."

it doesn't matter if you block the number.  They will just call back on another number.

I blocked 2 numbers from these people in the last 2 days.Unfortunately I now have more blocked numbers than friends.I have tried reporting these calls,however know body is interested.These people are relentless, and will never stop calling.If you tell them to take your name off their list they will tell you to go [***] yourself.Do not know what to do to stop these people.
