Total scam. They ID themselves as "The Internet Crime Center" located in Miami. Guy has an Indian accent so thick you can cut it with a knife. In any event being in ordinary civil debt is NOT a crime and you cannot be arrested for it. We do not have debtors prisons in the US. If there was a civil suit pending against you, you'd have heard about it by letter from the attorney for the other side. There would be a paper trail. You would NOT have heard about a pending civil suit from a scammery-scummery debt collector. A court summons can only be served by someone licensed by your state or locality to serve process. In some states only sheriff's deputies or constables can serve process. In most cases service of process is made in hand. And NO legitimate process server calls you in advance saying you are going to be served. State laws vary. A summons can only be served if a complaint has been filed. But you can check this out by simply going down to your local main civil court and see if your name appears on the defendant's civil list.
But don't worry about this. These people are Indian or Pakistani debt scammers. Ignore their calls and block them.
