Asked me to call a different number with a case number. Asked what this was about and lady told me that for my privacy, she couldn't tell me that or open my file. Scam call. Mtn And Associates on caller ID. I called the number back and a lady answered speaking spanish.
Just rec'd a call, couldn't answer , called right back they needed my phone number...asked me if i knew anyone by "XXXXX" and i told them nope never heard of them and he said okay we'll take your # of our system - stated he was with Pinnacle Locator
Some bogus companY called Pinnacle Locators posing as a "Filing Firm" whatever the F that is, tries to scare people into thinking they're going to be served. The young girl that called me sounded stoned and slow and didnt have a clue what she was talking about. Saying if I was available for "legal documentation." SOOO lame. They want you to think you're calling some other place called MTN & Assoc. but its the same idiots. I called the number and a slightly more professional guy talks throwing out as many legal terms as he can into one sentance but doesnt even know what he's talking about. DONT BE SCARED, TELL THEM TO F OFF... THEY'RE LYING ABOUT EVERYTHING THEY ARE.
