Asian or Indian guy named Henry Stappleton...haha...said I could resolve my tax debt from 2011 to 2015 that had been audited... again haha...right now ! He also threw out Homeland Security....what ? I am in my 90's ! They did give an address when I insisted but the girl when I called back said her name was ...My name...wow big goof ! Please beware of these scare tactics....Do not fall prey...
This is a scam - Caller states that he is Officer Daniel O'Brien calling from IRS Department and to call them about the case because IRS is investigating my property. Block it.
A woman called my cellphone number from this number. The background was so loud with other people talking that I couldn't even understand what she said at first. With her obvious Asian accent she tried to tell me she was from the IRS. I said "oh really, the IRS doesn't make phone calls to their citizens so would you like to try again?" She stuttered and stammered and finally hung up. I tried the number again just to see if anyone would answer and this time an Asian man answered and told me if I knew this was a scam why was I calling them back!!! They some NERVE feeling that I infringed on their number and for asking me why I called them back!!! Just beware, folks, they are phishing!!
Well considering he didn't sound like any Irishman I know, & the fact that I don't any property AND I WORK IN LAW ENFORCEMENT, I almost called him a bad word. Dummy!
