caller said I am calling to inform you that the IRS is filing a law suit against you this is an offical notice. I called and they responded to my inquiry of " who have I called" they said their lines were too busy to answer. I hung up and reported this to an offical IRS accountant.
Called me, left vmail IRS filing suit against me. I called back, gave only my name. He had my address. I just knew it was a scam, asked for details. Such BS! Clearly a scam and I told him so.
Received a call yesterday and again today from 1-786-358-0951. They left messages on my answering machine (a male yesterday; a female today), telling me they were from the IRS and warning me that I was in indebted to the IRS and they were going to issue a warrant for my arrest if I didn't call the number they gave me immediately. Having read scam alerts about the IRS scam on senior citizens, I chose to ignore their threats and report them.
