caller said I am calling to inform you that the IRS is filing a law suit against you this is an offical notice. I called and they responded to my inquiry of " who have I called" they said their lines were too busy to answer. I hung up and reported this to an offical IRS accountant.
Got a voicemail that stated the IRS was filing a suit against me, and that I needed to call them immediately. The voice sounded like a recorded voice of a lady. Caller ID stated the call was coming from Russia, but when I looked at the voicemail number, it was the same number, but w/o the country code. Obviously it's a scam!
IRS SCAM - hang up after you get the calling number.
Then goto www.tigta.gov (real IRS cops) to report the calling number and number to call in Miami (786) 358-0951. They will put them in real IRS prison!
